Our total liability for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

- Fail to pay required fees
- Pose a security risk
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we may delete your data after a reasonable period.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in San Francisco, California.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
15. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Webhooking.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
